  • European Union and Dutch commercial law
  • Competition and fair trade regulations
  • Data protection requirements (GDPR)
  • Product compliance standards applicable to RFID and IoT hardware
  • International trade, customs and export control regulations

Export control & international trade

Cisper supplies RFID hardware to customers in Europe and selected international markets, including the EMEA region, North America and Asia.

For international shipments, export control and trade regulations may apply depending on the destination, product type and end-use. Where applicable, Cisper:

  • follows EU export control requirements
  • takes U.S. export control regulations (such as EAR) into account when applicable
  • takes applicable sanctions and embargo regulations into account
  • works with suppliers to assess export classifications and potential restrictions

Cisper does not knowingly supply products to prohibited end-users or destinations and may suspend shipments if compliance requirements cannot be met.

International operations

Customers are responsible for ensuring that imported products comply with local laws and regulations in their country.
International shipments may be subject to additional customs, regulatory or import requirements depending on the destination.

Wir arbeiten daran, unsere Umweltauswirkungen besser zu verstehen und Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung unserer Abläufe zu identifizieren. In den nächsten 1,5 Jahren (2024/2025) konzentrieren wir uns auf folgende Punkte:

  • Unsere Auswirkungen messen: Berechnung unserer CO₂-Emissionen, unseres Wasserverbrauchs und Abfallaufkommens sowie Festlegung von Verbesserungszielen.
  • Unsere Lieferkette verbessern: Analyse unserer Lieferkette zur Identifizierung von Nachhaltigkeitspotenzialen.
  • Vertrauen stärken: Einführung eines Verhaltenskodexes zur Stärkung der Beziehungen zu Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern.
  • Fortschritte teilen: Veröffentlichung unseres ersten Nachhaltigkeitsberichts im Jahr 2025.
