The Chainway R7 Clip-on is a professional UHF RFID sled reader that extends compatible smartphones and PDAs with RFID data capture capabilities. Featuring a clip-on mounting system, the device provides a practical solution for applications requiring mobile identification and tracking of RFID-tagged items.
Based on an Impinj E-series chipset with Gen2X support, the R7 Clip-on processes more than 1,300 RFID tags per second. Its circularly polarised antenna enables a maximum reading range of 30 metres under optimal conditions. The reader is suitable for inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics and industrial asset tracking.
