The A3042 is an ultra-low profile high-gain circularly polarised antenna designed for superior read performance in industrial RFID environments.
With a read range that can exceed 10 meters (33 feet), the A3042 delivers reliable tag detection across a wide area. Its high-gain 10.5 dBiC circularly polarised beam and multi-element antenna array create a curtain-shaped RF field, making it
ideal for applications with densely packed assets or fast-moving tagged items.
Despite its performance, the A3042 maintains a slim and discreet profile. The antenna measures 604 x 304 mm and features a flame-retardant, solar-resistant ABS radome built to withstand harsh indoor and outdoor conditions. The IP54
rating provides protection against dust and splashes, ensuring consistent performance in tough environments.
Installation is straightforward thanks to the integrated metal backplate with M6 VESA-compatible studs and the rear-mounted RP-TNC connector. This setup supports cable strain relief and allows the antenna to be mounted flush against
vertical surfaces or within confined spaces.
The A3042 is well suited for RFID portals, vehicle tolling, access control, EAS gates and laundry tracking. Built-in anti-static protection further ensures durability and operational reliability.
