Featuring the NXP UCODE 9xm chip and worldwide 860–960 MHz compatibility, the XSKIN Theta Roll delivers dependable identification throughout production, logistics and quality control. Its specialized PI-based construction withstands process temperatures up to 200°C for 30 minutes, making it suitable for applications that standard RFID labels cannot handle.
The label is easy to apply using its industrial adhesive and integrates seamlessly with compatible Zebra, TSC, SATO and POSTEK RFID printers. It is widely used in powder coating, paint shops, composite manufacturing, industrial autoclaves, battery production and medical device manufacturing where durable RFID identification is essential.
